[Question] Transfering and bans

Hello there, I have a question.
I would like to transfer a character of mine to my friend's account (he will create a new one with my exact info) so the actual account-to-account transfer should not be a problem.

However I have heard that Blizzard has started banning on credit card info, so I'm curious. If we use my CC for the transfer and he starts using his for the monthly fee, is there any chance that the account will get closed for that?

No, the account would not be suspended or banned for that.

Only the owner of the account, and one child of which he is parent or legal guardian of, can ever play the account. However, anyone can pay for any account, or any account transfer, or any other account payment. You are not allowed to play on your friend's account, but you can pay for his transfer, or subscription, or name change, or whatever.
