i dont know how to unblock someone on msn

can anyone help me because my friend is trying to talk and im trying to unblock him but its not working plz help and ty

Don't have MSN in english so it may not be entirely correct but
Menu->Tools->Settings->Secrecy
And there you should find a list of who is blocked and who is allowed.

Or, you can just do this:
Right click your friend-> Unblock-> There you go!

I assumed this wasn't working , actually had this happen recently. If you block someone, delete them and then re-add them you can't unblock them by just right clicking for some reason and you have to do it with the way I said. But ofc if what you said works it's easier
