Can i be caught?

Hello, Im not sure where to put this but this WOW General forum seemed like the best spot.

What i would like to know is if i could be caught for stealing back a account i sold on ebay?

The facts:
I sold the account on ebay.
I got the money through paypal.
The account is ORGINALLY MINE, meaning it has my name and phone # and email on the accout.

I was wondering if i stole it back if she could like file something with ebay or paypal or world of warcraft about it?

Well he can probably get the money back if he disputes the transaction with Paypal. OR bring legal action against you. OR report the account to blizz and it will get banned.
