can someone help me connect to my servers database?

I just made a server.
With the arcemu repack or something like that (not sure if its a repack but i downloaded something called arcemu)

I know how to create portals, armor, weapons, items, vendors, and all that.
But I don't know where to execute the batch file.

I mean I know I could do it in Navicat Lite. But I can't connect to my servers database.
When I open a new connection.
I put Justinmcd as connection name
5.54.7.255 as the host name/IP address (you need hamachi to connect to server)
User name: root
Password: panex
I clicked test connection and it says: 1045 - access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

Can someone please help?
I will make you co-owner on my server...
