Random Twinking

Hello there.
I'm thinking of start up a new "special" twink.
With "special" i mean it's a random level, like 6, 13 or maybe 17,
and not 19, 29, 39 and so on.

I will spend everything i have, getting the BEST enchants, gear and
buffs for that level. It would be fun to do anything else than a rogue,
and not a level 1 or 10 twink, but it should still be good. Does anyone
have a similar twink, and experience what level would be best to get
the best weapons and enchants at a low level?

Well, why twink at all?
The main reason is that i want to try out other twinks.
Simple as that.

Well, I guess the main reason in twinks is to duel or PvP. Or Cool Bank alts could be counted as twinks. (I put mine in belf gear and used firery enchant, turns a few heads)
