rpgexploiters just emailed me, new 10 min 1-60 exploit

I am not sure if there is any relevance to the RAF, or just some scam to get me to subscribe, but if someone has an account there, maybe check it out? I am not advocating "stealing" but if it's 1-60 in 10minutes and its on live and not related to RAF than it is a must to have.

Level toons to 59 and give levels to a new character. Make sure you are as close to level 2 as possible before doing this, so it is more simple to get to 60 after you get to 58 or 59 or w/e.

Im pretty sure this isnt possible, unless they send it to you while u had 1 of thier accounts RAF'd once thier account hits 70 or w/e.
