Selling WoW accounts to website with e-mail validation (no accounts.net)

Hey guys I need your help.
I'm looking to sell some WoW accounts to a website that will verify your account via e-mail. Accounts.net used to do this but atm they only do it live, and it just takes too damn much time. The website I'm looking for shouldnt have phone verification
