Making a new char and have read for 2 hours

Making a new char and have read for 2 hours, what is the best PVE build or is there no point to go for pve? I wanna kill lots of mobs at once fast, is there build like that? I've hand grinded my char which is my first char to 53, he's a hunter.

Takes ages and haven't got much gold, 63g It's my first time playing, it would be great if someone can give me good advice. What professions should I go for, I have Leatherworking and Skinning on my Hunter but it feels a bit boring now, not much money coming in. I'm thinking to go for enchanting.

Please help me, going mad here, desperate to play with the RAF on a new char :P
