Free migration when Lich hits. True or false?

Hi, a buddy of mine told me that when Lich King hits the marked (or some weeks after or so) we get free character migration to any server.

Is this true? Or is it just a false rumor?

false. and $25 aint that much...
if it is, scam/make $25-35 worth of gold, sell it to gold farmers, then ask someone on MD to pay with their CC and you pay them with paypal... thats what i did
