How big is the risk of getting banned with this fish bot

Does people only get banned because people reports them and then when the GM ask the guy who is ( considered a botter ) dont answer and then gets banned or is it more complicated than that or... :S

because i wanna use this bot but i dont want to get the banned the first day i use it hhahaa
