Account upgrade not working?

I just got my email for WOTLK today, but when i try to upgrade my account it says "login invalid". I put in all the right account info and the key was copied exactly but it dosent work. Anyone know why?

no its not i figured it out. i had to use the pass i used from jan 15 and it worked.
