    WotLK beta: is it a scam?

    Hey, I got an e-mail from an account: [email protected]

    Regarding me being selected for WotLK beta, I thought it was a scam from the look of the website, but it lists e-mail accounts from blizzard.

    The website it told me to go to was http://beta.worldofwarcraft.com

    anyone know whether it's a scam or not? I mean, I thought the website looked really fake, but I dont know how they have an email account from blizzard.

    =/ any help would be appreciated
    D: I'm kinda stuck with not doing much D: but I'm going to attempt to do an icy edit, like I stated before, it'll just take me a while >.<

    Press the link, and then look in the address window and you will see if it is the original page.

    And if you play EU. Then it WOULD be [email protected]
    anyway, i think they use another E-mail. Try to press the address and look in the address window if the website is like:

    http://beta.wowbeta.org or something, then it is a scam.

    Yea, I linked the website, it's http://beta.worldofwarcraft.com
    But I wasnt sure if that would make it an official WoW website, or not
