WoW Console, other post doesn't owrk for me

i tried to get console up on vista using this method (http://www.mmowned.com/forums/wow-ge...t-console.html) and it didn't work, so i'd like to ask is it possible to get the console up on vista/after patch 2.4.3?

I tried just now. It didn't work, and after over an hour of searchin I'm yet to find a solution.
