[Question] - Targeting Macro

As a lot of you are probably aware there is a macro floating around that will allow anyone the rogue is targeting to target him right back even if he is stealthed.

So I ask you, does anyone know macro commands for things like target enemy targeting me or something of that nature? Or know a site where there is a huge list of common targeting commands?

Ive been searching all over the internet for a while now and Couldnt find anything.
