Q: Best way to get from 64-70?

Just as the title says. What's the quickest/best way to get from 64-70 on an elemental shammy. I have over 127% rested exp (900k+ bonus exp), so I assumed Dungeon grinding until that ran out...but still not sure.

Quest, it's the fastest way to level with or without rested experience.
And the elemental shaman quest rewards are great.
So go for questing !

K, thanks...people tell me that but I still find it faster to dungeon grind for some reason (as long as I have rested exp). For some reason, each quests only gets 1-2% of my lvl (64) and I can get over 1/2 a level from one dungeon. So I guess, I'll dungeon grind off my rested, then quest my arse off.

Actually, it's still better to quest. Because when you deliver a quest, you are forwarding the rested exp.
Let's put it his way; if you deliver a quest that gives 10k exp, the rested exp gets forwarded by 10k.(Or if you want, 1-2%). That is still much. so the rested exp holds longer. therefore it's faster.

Just do quests all the way. That's how i leveled (enc shaman) will go fast with rested.
