accounts.com a scam?

I am selling my account so this is what happened:

I sent them in my cell phone number which was not the actual phone number on the account.. I talked to the Live Help person and they said that my I would not get paid unless I gave them the right phone number and they said they could change it so I gave them the phone number, I even verified the paypal account they were sending it to... It's been over 12 hours, still no phone verification call or payment... any ideas?

Maybe try calling them/emailing them. They might have forgotten it or something.
