Yeah guys, Blizzard/Glider never said they would take control of their customer records. It doesn't work like that. If Blizzard asked for it, the judge would probably throw it out immediately.

If you used Glider, you're not going to get fined, and you won't get banned just because of this judgment.

However, if Blizzard wins in the end, Glider will most likely have to stop updating it. Therefore, if Blizzard is able to patch Warden/the client to detect the very last version of Glider, no one will ever be able to use Glider again, essentially.
