[QUESTION] GM Sunmote Scam

So, well, I have a dps class and I would love to have the new gloves, (the pattern drops in SWP) at the moment i have only three sunmotes... and I need 6 for the craft... so what IF I told a friend to log onto my wow account, someone else would log onto my friends account. My friend would sell my 3x Sunmotes from my account for 1copper on the AH - and the other player would be on the my friends account buying the sunmotes out immediately.
Then, I would said the GameMaster, that I was hacked, and I want the 3x Sunmotes back... and now the questions:

• If i get the 3x Sunmotes back from a GM, will I be able to resend me the 3x Sunmotes, which my friend has on his account?
• Can a GM find out, that I was lying, if yes, would the consequences result in a permanent account closure?
• And the last question is: If i am hacked, and someone sells my 1000g items for 1copper and someone would buyout them immediately, a gm will give them back to me, but will also the hacker have my items? Or those are being deleted automaticly by a GM when he gives them back to me...?

If blizzard would find out that u're lying they will most likely give you a warning or 3 day suspension, don't think they will give you perm ban if its ur 1st time scam like this.

And the person that 'hacked' u / aka the person u gave sunmotes too will get banned in most cases.

Pretty sure if they did give them back to you they'd track who bought them from the AH and remove them from their inventory.
