Why am I banned?

This is a notification regarding the World of Warcraft account <My Account>. Access
to this account has been permanently disabled for exploitation of the World of
Warcraft economy or for being associated to accounts which have been closed for
intended exploitation. While we try to be as lenient as possible in our
assessments of the results of exploitation investigations, exploitative
endeavors on
your accounts have ultimately lead to their closure. The
recurring subscription on the account has been disabled to prevent further
charges.

As a result, this account will no longer be able to access any aspect of World
of Warcraft. This action has been taken in accordance with the Terms of Use
(WoW -> Legal -> Terms of Use) and our game policies
(Blizzard Support). According to the World
of Warcraft Terms of Use, to which all players agree when installing World of
Warcraft, Section 5, Paragraph C [Rules Related to Game Play] states that you
may not do anything that Blizzard Entertainment considers contrary to the
"essence" of World of Warcraft.

Exactly what does this mean i mean why was I exactly banned. Im trying to write an unban letter and I want to find out what exactly this letter means and why I was banned.

You've used some other accounts on your PC to scam/hack or what ever

But this E-mail was for my friends account, and he's never hacked or scammed on his computer.

Well then someone else had access to his account or someone registered in his name and info (Doubt the last part though)

How about you try reading the stickies in the forum? One of them explains how to get accounts unbanned. It's called "The WoW Lawyer's Guide to Blizzard Policy."

Fair enough, but just to let you know, you are strictly not allowed to share your MMOwned account. The rule typically only applies for donators/contributors/elites/legendaries, to prevent others from seeing the private sections, but I'm pretty sure the rule stands for everyone.
