Not that I'm aware of. Only, the WWI / Blizzcon and competition winners (plus the people whom purchased the WoW Laptop), Have a beta key at the moment.

I haven't seen anyone post on the forums stating that they got a key through beta opt-in either.

No opt in have gone out from US or EU.
It'll prolly be at least another week or two before opt ins from what nethara said.
