Help with Removing a Keylogger

My account has been hacked about 4 times over the past week... I've checked for keyloggers using Norton 360, KL Detector, and Search and Destroy. None of which have found anything. Does anyone have any tips for finding this? Or know if it's something else I'm dealing with here? All help will be appreciated.

Boot windows in safe mode and then run the scan. 9/10 times this works, to run safe mode you have to press either f2 or f8 depending on module.

If that doesn't work I would do a system restore to another date.
