Help with paypal

Ok Im having trouble with my paypal account . I have 150$ it , and Its limited its says the things to do unlimit which is change password .

Then it says to add a bank account , and confirm location .

So i tried adding my creditcard but when I tried to it says its limited .. so then I tried to add my bank account but when I tried it says its limited ... and the way too unlimit it is to do those things which i cant cause it says its limited >.<

Does anyone know how to fix this problem please help.

email paypal and ask them
they usually get back to you within a day!

Yah just go to their customer service page...they should help you a lot
