need hep. Wow Crash

when i enter wow i get this:

ERROR #131 (0x85100083) File Corrupt
Program: C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe
File: character\bloodelf\male\bloodelfmale.m2

I can see that something is broken, but how do i FIX this.

I have tryed repair, it says every thing is fine!

plz help

I dont want to reinstall ALL!!!

if it was fine before the patch, reinstall the patch.
if that doesn't work or it has been corrupted for some time, you may need to reinstall WoW
