Do I Have Enough Info To Scam

Hi first off i read the sticky on the top and learned alot.

Now i want to try scamming someones account
I have the info of his acct name , password , his email (not the password for his email tho just the name), his full name, and most of his contact info , anyways about his security question he doesn't kno it and neither do i so not sure where that puts me.

Any info would be great help thanks
