OT, SectorSeven:
1) 150, 165 for a gnome engineer
2)Some aren't exactly food/potions but good equipment for twinks; heavy dynamite, big bronze bomb, Minor Recombobulator, sharpening stones, magic dust, swiftness potions, healing potions (level 12), Rumsey Rum Black Label, Elixir of agility etc*, invisibility potion, Strong Troll's Blood Potion, healthstones (get off warlock), Shadow Protection Potion, Thistle tea, arena grand master, heavy stone statues, heavy runecloth bandage (think thats the right/highest level:S), savory deviate delight, scroll of [agility/intellect] etc, holy protection potion, lesser mana potion, Minor Magic Resistance Potion
that all that comes to mind atm ill add more if i think of any, hope that helps

Edit: Hot Lion Chops**, explosive sheep, flame deflector, portable bronze mortar (165 gnomes only), target dummy (good against hunters), Potion of Curing, Rage Potion, Minor Rejuvenation Potion, Anti-Venom, Battle standard


*heres a list of all the elixirs i know of that are good for twinks:

Elixir of Defense, Elixir of Firepower, Elixir of Lesser Agility, Elixir of Giant Growth, Elixir of Minor Fortitude, Elixir of Wisdom

**other food with the same effect;

Big Bear Steak, Curiously Tasty Omelet, Crocolisk Gumbo, Goblin Deviled Clams, Gooey Spider Cake, Lean Venison, Lean Wolf Steak
