Have you banned the original account? This is vital. Very, very vital.

Ban the original account, go to www.fakemailer.net, send him a fake ban email from [email protected], and the chances of him getting the char back are decreased.

If you did not ban the account you scammed after transfering it off, all the guy has to do is recall the account and fill out this form http://us.blizzard.com/support/chart...webform-us.xml and the char transfer will be reversed (the dual glaives Rogue will go back to his account), the account you transfered it to will be banned, and all of your hard work will be for naught.
