i got hacked!!

i just got hacked by some fagget i dont know and i dont know what to do i bought my account and the email adress under the account isnt mine and i was wondering if anyone here could tell me what to do to get my account back oh and he changed my password so i dont know if he deleted my chars or stole my items but if he did ill track that son of a bitch down and rip his balls off

Try to contact the owner of the e-mail adress. If they cannot be contacted, call blizzard imediatly. Most likely, the previous owner tried to retake the account.
