You can tell it's fake because when you try to type something it nothing shows up.

I was able to put info into the fields, and when I submitted with fake info it gave me a "success" message with a link to blizzard.com

As for the site they probably made it themselves using photoshop and WotLK backgrounds etc from sites like beta.worldofwarcraft.com
