    Free Buyouts?

This is my first post, and I haven't tried this trick out yet! (WoW isn't working for me right now ) I saw a post a while ago, about how the bid is accepted before it takes your money. I was thinking though, if you had the auction open, and at the same time you had a trade window open with a good friend (good as in 101% trustworthy) and after you click "buyout" and it says "Bid accepted".. then if it really doesn't take your money until a second after that, you should be able to trade your friend your money, and after you claim your free item from the mailbox, he trades you back your money. I can't remember if you can have a trade window open at the same time as the aution window though. Anyway, test it out on something cheap, and post your results! Oh and one last note, it would be good to have an extra char for this, that way you can send the EXACT amount needed, and not have to trade your friend all your money, for those of you that have lots of gold. Just feels a little more comfortable.. Hope this works.

Wouldn't work. Your money is stored server side so when you buyout it will update to the new value of your gold and will reject the request to give the gold to the second player. Even if you did it really fast, the packet saying to give X amount of gold to the second player would be queued until the money from the original transaction is subtracted

Lol, i wouldnt waste your time on this, but was a good idea. Also, try and refrain from posting un-tested exploits, that is all
