Have a scammed Account, How do i get it over to a new account safely, etc.

Ok i have the scammed account, it has 3 lvl 70's on it but idk what to do now.
Can i just xfer the characters over to a new account with the same last name
or will he be able to recall them? Searched and didnt find a clear answer.
Wouldnt mind some help on getting 1-2 of the chars over to a new account.

I'm assuming you're joking regarding the first part. As for the 2nd part...even if this isn't the perfect forum for this, it's fine. WoW General is one of the question-asking forums.

im in the same situation, i was told if you want to keep them transfer to a new account with the same last name and get the old account banned. But idk if it safe or not so i need help too
