Lets say that youre a subtility rogue and you are just walking around and stumble upon a player from the opposing faction you decide to stalk him, what do you look for and when do you attack.

1vs1 = attack. Look after gear, if he outgears you, then you prolly won't have a chance. If it's some crazy PvÈ nab, then you can attack without the risk of dying (Most likely)

LOL dude? Are you kiddin? Rogues can pwns classes with some tier 4 if you only are blue geared. Just learn to play your class.

You sound like you're low level if you're asking this, so you don't have to worry about gear. Just wait until he aggros something and shove your dagger way up his anus. That should do the trick.
