What did the email say? Please copy and paste it here.
And yes, I would highly recommend you make a new account and transfer your main to it. In fact, people should do that after they get a final warning ANY time. Your account is in extreme danger. Buy a WoW CD key, make a new account in your current account's last name, buy a BC CD key, upgrade it, then transfer the char to it.

As the post above suggests....
It IS the best way to clear the account of warnings, having another warning ontop of a final warning = Extreme High chance of getting banned
At the end of the day.... its night
Does this really clear your "history"?
I cant imagine, because you have still the same name --->same person ---> same history
then use your bros name/dads name or something for it.
and yes it will clear it because its the ACCOUNT that gets banned not the char
( ͡°( ͡° ͜ʖ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)ʖ ͡°) ͡°)
hot damn thats like $100... and my open house isnt until july 12 =|
thanks guys
any way to get cd-keys... without buying them? (or stealing them)

Well, consider yourself extremely lucky. Looks like you had a very lenient AA employee. Also, he may not have concluded that you were botting, he probably just saw you were AFKing and luckily did not see you botting. I can't understand why you would risk a permanent ban by AFK botting AFTER receiving a final warning, but, just be happy that you weren't perma banned.
Transfer it to a new account.
