That EULA agreement is for Alpha,

Alpha isnt open to the public at all is it? thorght that was for Devs + Family

Ya but im pretty sure that will be the page they will use for the beta but .... yes the alpha is only for the staff blizzard they are given some codes to give out to there family and friends.
