do speedhacks make you grind faster?

I just tried one, and I'm not sure. my attack speed seems the same, and so does the mob's attack speed, despite everything else seeming faster.

Also..one-hit kill hacks with Cheat engine? Do they exist?

Cheat engine speed hack will only increase the speed of your WoW client but not the speed of the Blizzard servers .
So since your character running speed is controlled on the client side , you will run faster on the client and the server will just catch on . But because attack speed , gold , mob attack speed is all controled on the server side , cheat engine will not affect them .

Also there is a 1 hit kill hack but it only works on private servers (emulated , not actualy Blizzard server) .

If you want to learn more about the 1 hit kill hack just type 1 hit kill in the search button at the top of you screen .

None that won't get you banned.

Cheat Engine is good for:

Speed Hacking, Mountain Climbing, Teleporting to plane hacks.

And out of those three, speed hacking is really the only undetectable one. By changing any value of WoW, it can be detected, where altering your attack speed (which wouldn't work) or creating a one-hit-kill value would most likely get you instant banned if you could pull it off.

Wonder how hard it'd be to make friends with some programmer that works for bliz and convince him to help you hack the server >.<

If you use this you get be detected by blizzard and your account may got banned. Yeah, speed hacking is the only one that can't detect easily.

well i am not sure if this still works, but there is a buff hack, that used to work, that i suppose would help with grinding, however dont quote me i am not sure.

Climb can make you reach an area quicker. Cheat Engine has no use for leveling.
