Friend hacked

My friend got hacked today so. i need to know if any of you got any ideas how to get an account back if you dont know the secret answear or CD key.

If he got a Credit card or a ID card with his name on it, he can send it to Blizzard telling then that he got hacked, then he will get the account back.

yes, email blizzard and tell them to lock the account. the will give you a form you will need to fill out and you will need to photocopy an ID. few days later they should approve and reset the password and unlock it.
