Botting question

Hi, I was recently banned because my accout was using the same cc as a friend who was botting durning the last ban wave. What I wanted to know is me and my brother account have the same last name and the same credit card was used to create the account, but we currently use game cards and no cc is on the account. If he gets banned for botting, will I too even though we dont have the same cc on the account atm?
