same thing happened to me, i had only made like 3 and it wouldn't let me do more

This happened to me I made up slightly different info and a random name, I think it was like 'paperclip box' . So yeah just change the info your IP doesn't matter, because you could make it at someoneelses house then play it at yours so that would be why your IP doesn't matter (I think, I'm kinda just pointlessly rambling on here tho).

Well, I have made a TON of trial accounts, and I have never gotten that error.

I got this a while back, too. If I remember correctly, all you have to do is use another email address, I usually use mailinator.com.
