Recalling an account

Okay so about 6 months ago i bought a wow account and played for a while, but then i stopped playing and last month i started playing again, and i got a new account, as i had completely forgotten the bought account, but yesterday i found a little note in my room saying the account name, password, SQ&SA, e-mail, and cd-key, so i have thought i might aswell try it but password is wrong, and the mail isnt right, but i think the accont were either a. recalled by original owner or b. that i just forgot the password and mail.
So i have thought of calling blizzard to get the account back, but then i began to get scared that the account i already had would get banned, so i am asking you guys, how do i best get it back without getting any of the acc's banned?
oh and its EU if it helps anything...

i dont think itll get banned get the account buy a new wow cd key and a new wow tbc key transfer the charecter you want banned the account and its simple !
