I have an account that all i know is the log in and password for so any suggesitons how I can get the rest of the info to transfer it off the account

you gotta get access to his email or get the email changed to one of yours so that you can transfer a character off of it

u need to know the last name for the account to get matching last names for a transfer thats my problem
