Best powerleveling? Need help fast!

Ok so ive had 2 accounts in my past. first i got to level 58 on a warlock. who got hacked. then just a couple of days ago my 46 got banned in the wave. So i seem to not level to 70 succesfully. so i have resorted to powerleveling. so what is the CHEAPEST reliable powerleveling service? please i need to know by the end of the week. thank you.

Grab one of the Joana's Guide here on the site then use that, or if you know some buddies who have a 70 mage and a 70 Prot Pally you can always do Athena's (might be wrong name) P-leveling method.

the most reliable power leveling i hear is mmokings.com, they are expensive but are not chinese (based in the USA). I just bought a 10-60 power level from them, so far looking good.

I saw them. I cant afford that much. Have any of you heard of wow-power-leveling.com? are they reliable?

all i have to say is you get what you pay for.

i got a 1-60 PL before BC from wowpl.com. they were pretty nice and did a good job.
