You sir, are the idiot, He is not requiring a account name or pass, and he says the personal info is optional, so even if it wasn't real, what would he get out of it but a huge email full of essays? You need to learn not to flame, I hope you get banned for being such a retard and coming here and flaming this guy who is doing a great thing for people who really want Keys. If you don't like what hes doing, then just don't post here and move on instead of being an ass.
And plus, if Matt heard about this guy scamming all his members, And he has his IP, don't you think he might do something about it..... Matt is a very Nice guy, even to his members, So I doubt he'll let a guy scam half his members out of their accounts...

1) If he works at blizzard, and they find out he's doing this, he will get ****ed pretty much for life. If he doesn't get sued or jailed, he will become known for this, and who will hire such a person that gives away private company information/property.

2) It's probably his first time here, so any MODS on this site have nothing on him or his IP or proxy.

3) Personal information may be optional and blah blah, in the end when you win the key, he's probably going to ask for something ending up in you being scammed. And believe me, with the amount of people that signed up for this, there's bound to be enough desperate idiots that will give him everything he asks for.

4) You don't think blizzard reads these forums you silly little dumb kid? Even if it's true, blizzard WILL - mark my words - will do everything in their power to find those 14 keys and then completely ban your accounts from alpha/retail.

This is impossible, and has scam written all over it. If the guy is part of friends and family, and is willing to **** over blizzard to give you guys *alpha keys*, then he'd be willing to scam you.

But I really don't give a **** if you care about somebody anoynmous trying to help you not get ****ed, I can't wait to see the "OMFG I got scammed" aftermath.

Considering that winners will be the most original/intresting entries, I don't think that people that wrote such entries will fall for any kind of scam. And if he'll try to scam someone, this will be known veery fast.

I think its quite funny how you come to a forum and try to be such a know-it-all even though you have No reputation what so ever.

1. If someone on this forum is dumb enough to give there info, at a scamming site non-the-less, then they deserve to lose their account. (As stated above your post)

2. If blizzard did come here, there's noway they would find out what keys he is giving away, Because this is for Friends and Family. If you don't get what I'm saying I will give you an example. Let say I work for blizzard, And I give my cousin a key and my son a key, Blizzard won't know who is who because they don't have the IP of each person.
So as far as blizzard knows, I could be some Blizzard employees Son or Friend, so they won't be able to find out which is which.

3. If he did ask me for my account info or something, I would probably say no, maybe unlike other people here, but I keep my username and password different then any personal info, so even if he did have my name he would have no clue my account name.

4. If you learn to read, he said he didn't work for Blizzard, but many of his Friends and Family do, and since each one got 3 keys, which is very likely because the Alpha is named Friends and Family for a reason, that he bought them off each one for money. And he wouldn't get jail time for this because we at Mmowned are family and friends, and hes not breaking any rules, But since your a leecher here you wouldn't know that.

Next time you try to sound smart, try to flame someone who doesn't know what they are talking about, and when you refer to me as a kid, I think you might be talking about yourself, because only a kid would cuss as much as you do over nothing, and only a kid would post something stupid and ignorant as you did, and only a kid would misspell words like "gullable" which is actually spelled gullible, but you wouldn't know how to use spell check, now would you?

Yes, the most blizzard could do was database the keys under the employee's name. So.. they would see that.. Zomg, We gave Keys to Bob Smith. Bob Smith's keys were registered. Bob Smith must have friend's that he gave keys to.

What I would assume is, and this is going from the OP's story, Blizzard has the Alpha key's on a card/something. Blizzard hands out 3 cards to each employee and tells them to invite their Friends or Family to help them test their game. With the hundreds of employees Blizzard has, I would doubt they recorded everyone's name and the 3 keys they had.

Also, as for Blizzard getting "****ed over," there are already videos, screenshots, and talent/spells leaked from THEIR OWN SERVER. Even the people Blizzard would of hand picked "****ed them over." 14 random keys isn't going to send Blizzard into a man hunt searching for them.

Either way, nothing about this seems like a scam. The only information he's collecting from everyone is your email address.

Mahdi was not right at all, He said that Blizzard could find each key this guy gives out and they can't. And a phisher? Are you serious? This is a scamming site... If they can't tell what a phisher is then they shouldn't be apart of mmowned. Most of the people who sent an email are going to be a least a little smart, So why go through all the trouble to only get about 10-40 accounts from the phisher with probably nothing good on each of them? Ever think hes just a really nice guy?
