accessing wotlk bannable?

wouldnt blizz be tracking IP's of who download the WOTLK client, and even maybe have some hidden system to see who access it with a private server?

I don't think so, like said above. Since it's leaked way way far into the internet, Plus you can't log in as i am told. unless they allow your Ip.

Heres the truth:

1) you can login, but you cannot create any characters
2) I have personally logged in with my legal retail account a couple of days ago when the client hit the net and I logged in literally 5 minutes ago... no bans no nothing
3) Wrath of the lich king is going to be absolute ****ing tits on ice on tits (very awesome)!

blizzard download client is going really slow for me 40-90kbs :S

and my net speed usealy downloads at 160

any faster way to get it, like a torrent with good seeders?
