Invincible programs?

So I know there's programs like speed-hacks and such to make you move quicker, are there programs of the sort to make you stronger? Or invincible in some way?

I'm just trying to get some gear on a private server without having to donate/spend ridiculous amounts of time and feel like there should be some program like that out there..

No such program exists to my knowledge. All stats are server side.
