I found this at the Glider forums, were Merc released the new filings.

"Requiring MDY Industries LLC and Michael Donnelly to provide Blizzard with an
accounting of any and all sales of products or services that infringe or violate any of Blizzard’s rights described herein."

So if Blizz wins, they get the customer reciept's and a list of all transactions made.

I wonder what they will do with this infomation...?
