Account To Account Transfer

I did an account to account transfer and i was wondering why it hasnt work if i waited an hour 50 minutes do both accounts have to be offline for it to process or should it not matter

I forgot where it was but when I did mine there was a page like a Transaction page that showed me if the transfer was "Processing" "Failed" or "Transfered". You should look around for that and check it out. I dont think the accounts have to be offline.

how do i figure out if the transaction failed
