Private server

Hello, i was thinking of making an private server "with just me on"

is there any way to do it without - Downgrading and things so i can play on my real Live server while i play at the Private one?

so i can play at both without having to Downgrade/uninstall/something else that takes over 5 min to play on my Private server/Live server?

is there any way to do this? please give me an answer =) i wanna try to be GM for a while =D and play with WoW =)

well you would need to find a private server that is the same version as the game you are playing live with. Which would be 2.0.8. I know for a fact that there are two in the Create Server section on this site. Use the search tool before you post a question.

then i just need to change realm list everytime i shud play?

you could. Or to make your life easier just make two installs of WoW and name the other one something like Private server. That would be the easiest option.
Now you don't have to reinstall it just make a copy since they are both the same version and paste into a different folder.

hmm does this copy thing also works like this?

1, make a copy and rename it
2, change version on the WoW nr.2
3, then i got 1 priv and one Live ?
