Ticket waits!

Well, I recently opened a ticket waited about thirty minutes and was awnsered.( Was trying to get some toons undeleted) So, then she tells me she has to escalated my tickets to a specialization department, and now I've waited about 2 hours for them to respond.

After all this I was wondering what has your longest ticket wait been?

8 hours then it got escalated and i spent another 5 hours waiting

Wow that's harsh did you play the whole time? ATM I'm on a level 1 character waiting for my mains to be undeleted and I really don't want to play another character, so I have to constantly check the computer screen.

Escalations, on WoW US, typically take between 2 days and one week.

You do not need to be online for a ticket or an escalated ticket to be answered. Ever.

Oh ok. Thanks. Dang thats a long time I guess no wow for me until I can get my toons undeleted because my only toon on my account now is level one.

Hmm, one question is it a sure thing that it will take 2 days or could it be sooner?

It depends on the request.

Since you're simply asking for a deleted char to be restored, it'll most likely be quicker than, say, a request for an item restoration, or a hack restoration.

It could be shorter than 2 days, but then, it could be longer.
