The "fake" looking thing, is because its Halloween, at the time you screen your pictures. Witch is obviously longer than 2-3 months ago, amirite?

Yeah, they can sniff your main acc. by basically checking you're IP and comparing that to other accounts accessing trough that same IP. ;>

No they did'nt, they just say so to get you scared and basically i don't think they would even bother starting such a process. And if they did do that i use a router which resets my ip after every time i reboot it. So my main account is still not "traced/banned"

This is NOT a private server. On my old server, Stormreaver US, there was a GM that showed himself to me in the throne room in IF and he was swimming around and he was a draenei shammy named Santereh. I'll post the SS when i find it.
