7 Questions to be answered...

I am new(kind of) and I am planning on making my own server. I was just wondering of alot of things.

1. Is it possible to make new races?(Make a second human and model edit it.)
2. Can we build new Dungeon, Instants or quest?
3. Can we further changes a model with a 3D program?
4. Is there a way to make NPCs? If yes then;
4.1(this one might be harder)
To make that NPCs wonder in battlefields and you can make a command than makes the NPC join your party and fight along you?
5. Is their a way to be able to have more than one pet permanently?
6. Can we make a boss?
7. Is it possible to be able to use flying mounts anywhere else than the outlands?

I am very grateful to anyone who answers these questions properly.

All of those are possible except for NPC's joining your party.
It just depends on how good you are at coding and scripting and how much time you have on your hands.
I have seen examples of all of those on private servers over time.

Yes, all of these are indeed possible. The only question is... How good are you at coding :P
