I have a paypal account with phony info on it, and it is registered to the US, and now i cant add a card for the money to be transferred to.

is there any way i can get the money out?

and possibly without entering personal data?

I would really be grateful if anyonw knew a way

only way i can think of is make a valid paypal account and "buy" something from yourself. that way you can say you just bought something from them. to make it even better, use a 2nd pc from a diff location ie public lib or sumthing.
